Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions of your booking

1. The letting period normally runs from 2 pm for the Farm Cottages and 4 pm for Barnhill on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. This may be varied by prior arrangement.

2. A firm booking is made on receipt of your completed booking form and deposit of £50 per week or part week. The balance is normally due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

3. In the event of a cancellation, you remain liable for the full cost of the holiday. If there is no Cancellation Insurance in place and we are able to re-let the property, we will refund your deposit. When you make a booking you will be offered Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

4. Only the number of people on the booking form may occupy the booked accommodation.

5. As the time is short for major cleaning between lets we request that the accommodation be left as clean as possible, reporting any problems you have had with the property or its equipment prior to departure.

6. You may bring pets by prior arrangement. You must bring your own bedding for your pets, they must be house trained, they are not allowed on furniture or beds and they must never be left unattended in the accommodation.

7. Swallow Cottage and Barnhill are both non smoking properties.
