Directions to Jimmy's Cottage and Swallow Cottage

From the A68:
From the south — as you enter St Boswells turn right onto the A699 towards Kelso.  5 miles from St Boswells take the turning to Roxburgh (signposted ‘Roxburgh 2¼’). The farm is up the hill on the right.

From the north:
As you are leave St Boswells turn left onto the A699 towards Kelso. 5 miles from St Boswells take the turning to Roxburgh (signposted ‘Roxburgh 2¼’). The farm is up the hill on the right.

From Kelso:
Come south over the old bridge out of the town and take the A699 towards St Boswells. Take the second turning to Roxburgh, 5 miles out of Kelso (signposted ‘Roxburgh 2¼’). The farm is up the hill on the right.

Then

Travel along the road past the farm steading (and the Farm Stay sign).  The road then bears sharp right.  The entrance to the cottages is on the right as the road bears left up another hill.
