Barnhill sits above the River Tweed with over 1/2 acre of garden and enjoys fine outlooks including views of the Eildon Hills. The bungalow has a large grass area which is surrounded by herbaceous borders and plenty of space to park your car. There are attractive footpaths down to the Tweed from the secluded garden and Barnhill lies close to St Boswells Golf Course.

St Boswells is an attractive village with a population of around 1,500, situated in the centre of the Scottish Borders and providing local shopping, golf course, tennis courts and fishing.
The village has a spacious tree-lined green. There is cricket to watch in the summer and rugby in the winter. The friendly, family-run Buccleuch Arms offering restaurant and bar meals is within easy walking distance.
